Theresa M. Hughes, DPM, of Medical Associates Clinic in Dubuque, was recently appointed to the Iowa Board of Podiatry by Governor Kim Reynolds. Dr. Hughes practices as a podiatrist at Medical Associates where she has worked since 2015. She provides medical and surgical care for a wide variety of diseases and disorders of the foot.
