Ham House Hosts Spring, Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea

The Mathias Ham House will once again play host to the Spring Tea Series this spring with teas set for April and May. Each afternoon tea will consist of a program based on the monthly theme and a time for enjoying food and drink. Menus will vary by month and allergy-aware and gluten-free options are available.

The springtime series kicked off in March with the Irish Tea on March 10, exploring the world of Irish teas and enjoying food traditionally served in Ireland. The series concludes with two more afternoon teas, including a special Mother’s Day tea.

April 14, 1 PM – 3 PM: Children’s Garden Party Tea – Bring the kids to this springtime tea! We’ll plant herbs or flowers for them to take home and enjoy a traditional afternoon tea with a garden theme.

May 12, 1 PM – 3 PM: Mother’s Day Tea: 100 Years of Fashion – Explore the world of fashion while enjoying a traditional afternoon tea with Mom or your family and friends. The teas are open to guests of all ages and registration is required. Members receive a rate of $20/adults and $10/youth, and the non-members rate is $25/adults and $15/youth. Space is limited.
