27th Annual Dubuque Citizen’s Police Academy

Thursdays, February 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29 (through April 4)

The 10-session program builds a better understanding between residents and police through education. Participants will learn about topics including arrest procedures, search and seizure, use of force, police procedures, drug enforcement, and officer safety.
