Sips & Tips – How to Celebrate Dry January

Thanks be to God, since my leaving drinking of wine, I do find myself much better, and do mind my business better, and do spend less money, and less time lost in idle company.

Dry January

Happy New Year! TeamWine felt it would be appropriate to embrace the Dry January movement to offer ideas to those who wish to participate. Dry January began in the United Kingdom, an initiative of Alcohol Change UK, to “ditch the hangover, reduce the waistline and save some serious money by giving up alcohol for 31 days” TeamWine tested some of the available NA (non-alcohol) products to save you some time in your selection, or steer you in another direction as needed. We selected a sparkling and a red wine, a stout beer and two aperitifs. The sparkling wine and the two aperitifs were purchased at Square Wine in Madison, WI. The stout beer and the cabernet sauvignon were bought at Family Beer & Liquor. See what you think!
