The Dominican Sisters of Sinsinawa continue to plan for the deconstruction of the 1964 buildings at Sinsinawa Mound, that is likely to begin this fall. As part of this process, the congregation is selling pews and benches made of African mahogany, stained-glass windows, and wooden art from Queen of the Rosary Chapel. The Dominican Sisters are offering an opportunity to the public to rehome unique elements from the chapel and share in the love of this spectacular facility by salvaging its most beautiful features. Links to two forms detailing the specific items for sale with pricing and photos can be found at Sinsinawa.org/news-events and on the Sisters’ Facebook page at Facebook.com/sinsinawa.
