A multi-color LED light therapy for the face has been proven to have positive impact on our biology.

Half-Body Light Therapy @ Thursday, Sep. 9 @ 5:30 PM-7:30 PM, Upper level
Red and near-infrared spectrums have been proven to have many positive impacts. Simply by exposing your body to red light therapy, cells are charged and output more ATP and oxygen, which reduces overall inflammation.

Your Birth: Beyond the Basics – Mondays, Sep. 13, 20, 27 @ 6:30 PM-8:30 PM, Lower level
There is so much more to birthing than “breathing through contractions.” In this class you will learn tips and tricks you won’t hear in other birth classes. You will know how to work with your body, not against it, for a more comfortable, efficient birth.

Let’s celebrate breastfeeding! This support group is for moms and breastfeeding babies of all ages, as well as pumping moms and pregnant women.

Aging Well: Creating Your Path Forward – Tuesdays, Sep. 14-Nov. 16 @ 5:30 PM-6:30 PM, Statera Conference Room
Introducing Statera’s new small group wellness education program, designed for men and women over age 45 who are ready to take charge of their health and wellness. During 10 small group sessions, you will learn what optimal wellness means to you and design your individual plan for creating a healthier, happier, and more meaningful life.

Mindfulness for Beginners – Wednesdays, Sep. 15-Oct. 6 @ 5:30 PM-6:30 PM, Statera Lower Level
According to, mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. Mindfulness is a quality that every human being already possesses, and you can learn how to access it through a variety of techniques. Nicole Hutchison, Integrative Health Coach, will be hosting the next “Mindfulness for Beginners” 4-week session this fall. This small group session will be held in-person.

Community Acupuncture – Thursday, Sep. 16 @ 5:30 PM-8 PM, Lower level
Community acupuncture allows for individualized treatment through a 30-45 minute treatment in a common treatment area. Share the healing space with others in a relaxed community environment.

Reflexology – Thursday, Sep. 23 @ 5:30 PM-7:30 PM, Upper level
Reflexology is a holistic, non-invasive therapy based on the theory that every part of your body has corresponding reflex points found on your feet.
