The American Advertising Federation (AAF) Dubuque is once again sponsoring a scholarship competition open to tri-state-area college students who have declared majors in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
To qualify, entrants must have enough credits to be classified as juniors or seniors in the fall of 2020, and also be enrolled for the spring semester at any of the following colleges or universities: Clarke University, Loras College, the University of Dubuque, Northeast Iowa Community College, or Clinton Community College.
One nonrenewable scholarship in the amount of $500 will be awarded to the student deemed most deserving based on merit, not financial need. The scholarship application is currently available at aafdubuque.org. All applications must be received by noon on Monday, February 1, 2021. The winner will be announced at the American Advertising Awards on Friday, February 19, 2021.
Submit applications to: Jason Schwass, AAF Dubuque Education Director, 10446 Ironwood Drive, Tamarack Business Park, Dubuque, IA 52003. For more information call 309-371-9971 or email jason@shootforthemoon.com.
