Matt was honored at the annual YPD Symposium, a half-day professional development conference designed to equip emerging leaders in the greater Dubuque region with tools for growth, connection, and career advancement.
The Meghan Hackett Award honors the legacy of Meghan Hackett—whose leadership helped establish the Young Professionals Dubuque program—by recognizing an individual who embodies exceptional leadership, a collaborative spirit, a passion for service, and a commitment to empowering others.
Matt exemplifies these qualities and more. Over his four-year journey with YPD, he has been instrumental in advancing the organization’s mission to cultivate a dynamic community of young leaders who are inspired, engaged, and equipped to shape the future of the greater Dubuque region. He played a vital role in launching YP Next Up and currently serves as YPD Chair, leading with vision, energy, and heart.
