Three Local Museums Expand Access for All

The National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium, Dubuque Museum of Art, and Mathias Ham Historic Site are expanding access to arts and culture through the Museums for All program. Museums for All is a national, branded access program that encourages individuals of all backgrounds to visit museums regularly and build lifelong museum habits.

Participation is open to all individuals participating in food stamp, Medicaid, low-income home energy assistance, and housing choice voucher section 8 programs.

The program is free for residents of the city of Dubuque and heavily discounted for all other participants. The discounted rate is valid for up to four family members.
