New Orleans – or N’awlins as locals say or Nola as the abbreviated slang – is a city like no other, with its vibrant culture and rich history. Birthplace of American jazz and home of some of the best food America has to offer, New Orleans is sure to stimulate – and satisfy – the senses for all who travel there.
My friend and I traveled there recently for the primary purpose of attending the last weekend of Jazz Fest (which was fantastic, by the way), but we also enjoyed tasting the local cuisine, and, especially, the fresh seafood while there.
