Ichiban – Dinner and a Show

If you’ve ever debated whether to go to a restaurant or see a live performance on a special night out, Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar is the answer to that question. While some people choose to sit at one of their regular restaurant tables, the most popular option by far is a seat at a hibachi table.

In Japanese, the literal meaning of the word hibachi is “fire bowl.” It refers to the method of cooking meat, vegetables, and seafood on a high-heat metal flattop. But far beyond this basic definition lies the reason people love it – it’s an experience!
