This giant green kitchen on wheels serves up sandwiches and sides of all kinds sporting the signature Hangry Hobo himself, complete with extra-large fork to devour anything chef and owner Nick Bries serves up. After almost a year in business, Nick confesses, “It’s the best thing I’ve ever done.”
