Quadrivalent vaccine covers four flu virus strains for adults & children (age 6 months & older) as well as high-dose flu vaccine for patients over 65. If you have an appointment with Medical Associates providers, ask to receive your flu shot at that time.
Children (6 months – 18 years) will need to receive their flu vaccine in the Pediatrics Department. For your convenience, Pediatrics will immunize children and their families all in one visit. Scheduled appointments for weekend drive-thru flu clinics in Dubuque are from 8 AM-1 PM for patients ages 19 and older on the following Saturdays and Sundays. Appointments are required.
