As a member of Medical Associates Neurology team, Julie Ivanov, PA, will treat health concerns involving the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and diseases of the muscles. She will work closely with internal medicine, general surgery, pediatrics, oncology, orthopedic surgery, and physical and rehabilitative medicine to provide complete and coordinated care for patients.
Julie received her undergraduate degree from Iowa State University and Master of Medical Science – Physician Assistant degree from Nova Southeastern University.
Previously, she worked in the Medical Associates Orthopaedics Department for nearly 14 years, assisting in surgery and working in an outpatient setting.
Medical Associates also welcomes Cheryl Morgan-Ihrig, MD, to their Oncology and Hematology Department. Cheryl received her medical degree at Northwestern University School of Medicine, Chicago, IL and performed her residency at the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA.
Dr. Morgan-Ihrig is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Oncology/Hematology. She will provide comprehensive diagnosis, consultation, and treatment of cancer and blood diseases for patients 18 years and older. She previously worked at Cancer Health Treatment Centers in Munster, IN.
