Bluff Strokes Art Center, a new nonprofit located in the former St. Mark Youth Enrichment building at 1201 Locust St. in Dubuque, is excited to offer residents of the tri-state area a wide variety of art programming, expanding the city’s lineup of art-related activities.
If the Bluff Strokes name attached to the Art Center seems familiar, it’s because it’s also the name of the annual Bluff Strokes Paint Out which is now one of the Bluff Strokes Art Center events. Look for 55 artists visiting the city September 29-October 5 from all over the country as they “paint Dubuque” and exhibit and sell their art at Steeple Square on October 4 and 5.
