The Dubuque Symphony Orchestra League will be holding a luncheon and theatrical presentation from Historical Women of Letters, featuring Debra Ann Miller as Louisa May Alcott. The luncheon will be held on Saturday, November 23, from 1-3 PM at the Dubuque Golf & Country Club, 1800 Randall Place in Dubuque. In this 45-minute performance, the audience will “meet” with this prolific American author at the height of her success and learn the hopes, heartbreaks, and experiences from which Alcott drew inspiration for her novels, short stories and poems.
