Lancaster will hold its second Summer Nights at the Plaza concert on Tuesday July 9. The Night Market will be held on the south side of the library’s Ryland Park from 5-8 PM, with over 30 vendors, along with food trucks and stands. Bring a lawn chair or blanket.
