A series of Trolley Editions of Dubuque’s popular First Fridays will debut on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 5–9 PM. The free trolley will loop throughout downtown, making it easier than ever to explore the monthly art gallery tour that highlights the city’s vibrant arts and culture scene.
Participating venues will offer extended hours before and after the trolley service. For example, Outside the Lines Art Gallery will welcome visitors starting at 4:30 PM., while Voices Studios will remain open until 10:00 PM. Attendees are encouraged to check individual venue listings at FirstFridaysDubuque.org for specific schedules.
Riders can hop on and off the trolley at stops adjacent to participating venues, with a central pick-up and drop-off point at the Intermodal Parking Ramp (9th & Washington) in the Historic Millwork District. Featured stops include Stone Art Gallery, Voices Studios, The Stu, Carnegie-Stout Public Library, Outside the Lines Gallery, Clarke Art + Design on Main Street, Smokestack, Planted, and more. All venues will feature engaging art exhibits and cultural programming that is free and open to the public.
