Dubuque Main Street is proud to bring the “State of Main Street Awards” to celebrate downtown Dubuque’s annual successes. The organization will honor volunteers, small business owners, event planners, and local developers who have substantially contributed to making downtown Dubuque a more vibrant area, in the last year. The event takes place on Tuesday, October 15th at Hotel Julien. It starts with beverages at 5:30 PM, followed by dinner and the awards ceremony. Individual tickets are $35, and tables are $500. Tickets can be purchased at TicketBud.com. If the cost of attendance is a barrier, individuals can use the ticket site to submit a sponsorship request.
Additionally, Dubuque Main Street is asking larger employers to consider sponsoring tables for these attendees. “The State of Main Street Awards are important because we can celebrate together. We work all year to produce positive impacts to downtown and we pause at this time, every year, to support, cheer, and congratulate each other” said Danielle Jacobs, Executive Director of Dubuque Main Street.
