Premier Bank also announces the promotion of the following employees:
Austin Putman has been promoted to Director of Bank Operations. Putman will oversee the information technology and bank operations department. He began his career with Premier Bank in 2009.
Taylor Kelly has been promoted to Business Banking Specialist. Kelly will focus on new business relationships while ensuring existing clients’ needs are met. He began his career with Premier Bank in 2013.
Shelby Bolibaugh has been promoted to Branch Manager. Bolibaugh will manage the 9th and Iowa Street branch. She began her career with Premier Bank in 2018.
