Tony Calabrese comes to the Y from the Scott County Family YMCA in Davenport. He’s held positions of increasing responsibility from Branch Executive Director (1998-2001) to his current role of COO (2004-present). Tony leads a six-branch association with a $12M budget, consistently exceeding targeted revenues over expenses with a profit margin of 30%. He raised $720K in 2017 with direct branch responsibility for $430K. He previously served the association as Senior Executive Director of Development (2002-2004). Tony earned a B.A. degree in physical education from Loras College in Dubuque, IA.
