Dubuque Bank and Trust (DB&T) is pleased to announce that Josh McQuillen has joined the organization a Commercial Banker, VP. McQuillen has been in the banking industry for seven years. As a Commercial Banker, Josh will be responsible for managing a commercial client portfolio, while providing advice and personalized solutions to help business-owners meet their financial goals.
McQuillen earned his bachelor’s degree from Coe College in 2012. Josh also received his Commercial Banking certificate from Iowa Bankers Association’s Commercial Banking School in 2018.
