The Board of Directors for the Dubuque Arboretum & Botanical Gardens is pleased to announce that Jenna G. Hirtz has accepted the position as Director. Jenna’s communication skills, her maturity, insight and vision, as well as her experience and education won the Board’s endorsement.
Jenna’s recent employment experience includes the City of Dubuque Finance Department’s operating budget and departmental coordination. With Eide Bailey LLP she worked with nonprofits. Her education includes degrees in Accounting, Business, and Human Resources. She is completing her Master of Business Administration through the University of Dubuque.
The Board is confident that Jenna’s talents will lead the Dubuque Arboretum & Botanical Gardens and its volunteers in our continuing development as a magnificent community garden and tourist destination.
