Statera Integrated Health and Wellness Solutions at 3375 Lake Ridge Dr. in Dubuque, IA is celebrating he 18th Annual National Women’s Health & Fitness Day. This is the largest women’s health and wellness event of its kind and is set for Wednesday, September 25. An estimated 50,000 women of all ages will participate in local health and wellness events at hundreds of locations across the country.
