At its meeting on Monday, July 19, the Northeast Iowa Community College Board of Trustees selected a consulting firm to begin the search process for a new NICC president.
The Trustees have selected RH Perry and Associates of Asheville, NC, to lead the search for the next NICC president to succeed Dr. Liang Chee Wee, who will step down July 1, 2022. The Board is confident that RH Perry will guide a thorough and comprehensive search. RH Perry partners with institutions of higher education and other mission-driven organizations to identify outstanding leaders. In the past 10 years they have completed 350 searches at 200 higher education institutions and have successfully placed executive level leaders at community colleges across the US.
