The Molony Foundation is now accepting applications for their 2023 Nursing/Health care and 4-H scholarships.
Nursing/Health Care Scholarships
The Molony Foundation Nursing/Health Care Scholarships were established to support local individuals interested in pursuing a career in health care. Two $2500 scholarships will be awarded. Health care/nursing scholarship applicants must be enrolled in a fulltime undergraduate nursing/health care program working toward an associate or bachelor’s degree or a non-traditional student — defined as a student that did not immediately continue their education after high school.
One of the nursing/health care scholarships will be renewable for up to four years. Renewable scholarship applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate nursing program or health care field.
- Must have passing grades and be able to provide annual transcripts.
- Maximum scholarship money awarded to one individual is $10, 000. ($2,500 awarded for four years).
- Winners are chosen by Molony Foundation Scholarship Committee. Committee selection is final.

Josey (Molony) & Ray Feeney Memorial 4-H Scholarships
Two $2,500 scholarships are available to 4-H Club members in Dubuque County who are current year high school graduates enrolled in a one-to-four-year college or university program The scholarships must be used for college tuition, or tuition related expenses such as books.
The Molony Foundation will make payments directly to the Institution the student is attending. Applications can be found at Dubuque County Extension Office, your high school guidance counselor or by sending a request to: MolonyFoundation@gmail.com. Completed applications must be received by March 31.
