Junior Achievement of the Heartland is proud to recognize the accomplishments of three local entrepreneurs for their tremendous influence on the business landscape of the Tri-State Area. The 2022 Class of Laureates will be recognized during the Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame on Thursday, June 16, at Diamond Jo Casino. The honorees are Jim Giese – Jim Giese Commercial Roofing, Dave Spahn – Dubuque Stamping & Manufacturing, Inc., and Jeff Theis – ProPulse.
Junior Achievement of the Heartland provides entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial literacy programs to approximately 4,000 K-12 grade students throughout the Tri-State Area each year. The curriculum is offered to schools at no cost and taught by business-experienced community volunteers. Proceeds from the Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame will help fund JA learning experiences in local schools.
