This fall the Chamber is launching a new event series to build connections between the business community, federal elected officials, and those running for federal office in this year’s election. The event will feature a photo line, remarks by the official or candidate, extended audience Q&A, and an opportunity to get a small wooden egg signed at the close of the event.
The event is complimentary and open to any active Chamber member. All events will be held at Hotel Julien Dubuque, 200 Main Street, Dubuque IA. Attendees must register at DubuqueChamber.com/advocacy/legislative-events/politics-eggs.
The event line-up includes:
- Senator Chuck Grassley, Tuesday, August 9th from 9:30 AM-10:45 AM.
- Senator Joni Ernst, Thursday, August 11th from 11 AM-12:15 PM.
- State Senator Liz Mathis, Candidate for U.S. House, Friday, August 26th from 9 AM-10:15 AM.
- U.S. Congresswoman Ashley Hinson, Monday, September 26th, 9:30 AM-10:45 AM.
- Admiral Michael Franken, Date & Time TBD.
