The Dubuque Metropolitan Area Solid Waste Agency is proud to announce that Ken Miller has been named the new Agency Administrator. Ken began his duties as a scale operator with DMASWA in May of 2011. Prior to that, he served as a Logistics Team Leader with the Target Corporation. Ken holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Loras College and is a member of the North American Hazardous Materials Management Association (NAHMMA), where he serves as the Heartland Chapter Vice President. Additionally, he is a Certified Landfill Operator in the State of Iowa and a member of the Iowa Recycling Association and the Iowa Society of Solid Waste Operations.
