Such a relaxing experience awaits customers as they enter Oolong Asian Cuisine restaurant. Beautiful stained glass lighting fixtures hang from the ceiling, reclaimed wood and original brick on the walls, and a cozy space combine to create a peaceful place to enjoy lunch or dinner. Doing most of the renovations himself, Ken said the douglas fir on the walls came from original flooring from a local house being remodeled and he made the center bar from wood found in the building’s basement. The minimalist décor highlights the stained glass lighting. A friend of Ken’s made the light fixtures in his manufacturing business in China. Every piece of glass was hand-scored to create the inspiring works of art.
