The Bell Tower Theater has announced its 2026 season. Next year will feature five comedies, two youth productions and a special event. Season Tickets are on sale now.
Subscription Series

The season opens with Fortune by Deborah Zoe Laufer. Maude, a lonely, surly, storefront psychic, can see the future, and she tells it like it is, no matter how brutal. But when Jeremy, a despondent love-hungry accountant threatens to end it all if she sees no love for him, she must wrestle with fate. In changing his destiny, she might also change her own. This witty and charming comedy is perfect for Valentine’s Day. See it February 13 to March 1, 2026.
Roommates by Joe Simonelli comes to the Bell Tower stage April 10 to 26, 2026. When divorced accountant and aspiring novelist Frank gets a call from the police, it can only mean trouble. His divorced friend Tom has just been tossed out of his girlfriend’s house. Frank agrees to let Tom stay in his tiny apartment for a few days. A few days quickly turns into a few months, and Frank must find a way to get Tom out.
Summer heats up with Love…Or Best Offer by Phil Olson. Cheryl and Stan are both recently single and not having much luck in the dating world. When their best friends Lori and Dave convince them to try online dating (and then give them lots of terrible advice), they embark on a comical journey to find love or a “best offer.” See Love…Or Best Offer August 14 to 30, 2026.
Celebrate Arts & Humanities month with a hilarious play. Due to rights restrictions, the title of this show is a secret until November 17 but watch the Bell Tower’s social media for the announcement. See this show October 9 to 25, 2026.
Lou has wrestled with a big ball of tangled Christmas lights for the last time! He and his wife are hopping on the Pineapple Express to Hawaii! Escaping the freezing cold, his nutty family, and most of all, the holidays, is exactly what Lou plans to do. When a freak snowstorm leaves them stranded in the airport, will a couple of unexpected characters help restore Lou’s Christmas Spirit? That’s The Night Before the Night Before Christmas December 4 to 20, 2026.
Youth Musicals
The popular Free Summer Musical Program will once again include two full-scale shows. First up is the new play, She Kills Monsters. Take a fanciful trip into the world of role-playing games. She Kills Monsters follows Agnes on a journey of discovery and action-packed adventure in the imaginary world of Dungeons & Dragons. This high-octane dramatic comedy filled with homicidal fairies, nasty ogres, and 90s pop culture is a heart-pounding homage to the geek and the warrior within us all. All performers in She Kills Monsters will be high school students from throughout the area.
The 19th Annual Youth Musical will be Charlie and the Chocolate Factory: TYA Version. Based on the famous novel by Roald Dahl, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory TYA is a delectable musical for the whole family. The world-famous Willy Wonka is opening the gates to his mysterious factory…but only to a lucky few. Young Charlie Bucket and four other golden ticket winners will embark on a life-changing journey through Wonka’s world including chocolate waterfalls, nutty squirrels and the great glass elevator, all to be revealed by Wonka’s army of curious Oompa-Loompas.
Special Event
Bell Tower favorites, GIT Improv will be back in 2026. These master comedians offer improv comedy at its best. Every performance is a brand-new adventure as they create a unique show right before your very eyes using suggestions from you and your fellow audience members.
