Bell Tower Theater Presents Comedy The Kitchen Witches

The Bell Tower Theater is pleased to announce our summer Subscription Series comedy, The Kitchen Witches by Caroline Smith. The performance will be directed by guest director Joe Klinebriel.

Isobel Lomax and Dolly Biddle are two “mature” cable-access cooking show hostesses who have hated each other for thirty years, ever since Larry Biddle dated one and married the other. When circumstances put them together on the same show, the insults are flung harder than the food and the show is a ratings smash! Can Stephen, Dolly’s long-suffering TV-producer son, keep them from destroying each other and the show?

The cast features Bell Tower veterans Debbie Meyer and Chris Marriott and newcomers to the Bell Tower stage Andrea Bednar and Sam Klinebriel.

The Bell Tower Theater is in Fountain Park at 2728 Asbury Road in the city’s vibrant West End just minutes from both Highway 20 and the Northwest Arterial.

Performances are every Thursday and Friday evening at 7:30 PM; Saturdays, August 9 and 16 at 7:30 PM; Saturday, August 23 at 2 PM and every Sunday afternoon at 2 PM from August 8 to 24. The performances on August 8 & 9 are the Early Bird Special performances when tickets are just $13. Tickets for all other performances are $26. Thursdays are Girls’ Night Out; all audience members, 21 and over, get a free glass of wine. For information and to purchase tickets call 563-588-3377 or visit Tickets.belltowertheater.net.
