The 2nd annual Key City Beer & Seltzer Festival has joined forces with the 45th annual DBQ Fest. Both events will take place August 10-11 in Washington Park. Key City Beer & Seltzer Festival organizers will be set up in front of the historic federal building in downtown Dubuque. Participants can purchase tickets at TicketBud.com. The unlimited tasting ticket is good for either date from 1-5 PM.
