The above quote was printed on the back of the red wine bottle TeamWine tasted this month. Mariana was cloistered in Beja Castle that can be seen from the Rocim Winery that makes the wine. Let no one say you are tasting history when you consume and enjoy wine. The white wine we tasted was a Vinho Verde (pronounced Veen-yo Ver-da, almost swallowing the last syllable), also from Portugal. We purchased these wines at EJ’s Wine Shop in the Millwork District.
