In recent years the term “Foodie” has become a popular term used to describe someone who eats food not only out of hunger, but also as a hobby. Dubuque has become a popular hotspot for venues showcasing the need to explore fun and unique cuisine. This idea was the inspiration for wife and co-owner Alysia Bowers when she merged her husband, Chef and Co-Owner Chuck Bowers’s two hobbies of food and time in the garage to coin the name The Foodie Garage for their unique, family-owned restaurant.
