Dubuque City Manager Mike Van Milligen has appointed Anderson Sainci as the director of the City’s new Office of Shared Prosperity and Neighborhood Support. Sainci currently serves as the City’s resource management coordinator and supervisor and will begin the new position on Aug. 22.
The Office of Shared Prosperity and Neighborhood Support is being developed to manage, coordinate, and implement the Dubuque Community Equitable Poverty Reduction and Prevention Plan program and collaborate with neighborhood associations in the performance of professional and technical community and neighborhood development work.
As the office’s director, Sainci will plan, direct, and coordinate all the activities of the Office of Shared Prosperity; oversee the program’s budget and policies regarding participant involvement, program requirements, and benefits; direct and guide others involved in program implementation; and perform other duties as assigned.
