RJF Incorporated President Nancy Felderman announces the formation of a new real estate brokerage in Dubuque, Iowa. Genera Bob Realty operates under the management of Iowa licensed Real Estate Broker Robert J. Felderman.
Felderman has over 36-years of experience assisting buyers, sellers, and renters of real estate in Dubuque and Jackson Counties. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), the Iowa Association of REALTORS (IAR), the Dubuque Association of REALTORS, and the East Central Iowa Multiple Listing Service (ECIMLS) for four decades.
Felderman is an owner and the managing broker of General Bob Realty, working in real estate management, sales, listings, leasing, and litigation. He is currently rated as a NAR Military Relocation Professional and is recognized as a Real Estate Professional supporter of the LGBTQ community. He was rated as a NAR Certified Residential Specialist and served one full year on the NAR National Legislative Committee. He was an owner and broker of Continental Realty for over 36 years. In addition to the real estate brokerage, Felderman is the owner, photographer, and pilot for General Bob Photography serving the tri-tates of Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin.
