Dubuque Bank and Trust (DB&T) is pleased to announce that Steve Willette and Doug Green have joined the organization as members of the Commercial Banking Team. Willette and Green will help DB&T expand our services throughout Eastern Iowa.
Green has been in the banking industry for over 16 years. As a Commercial Banker, Doug will be responsible for managing a commercial loan portfolio, as well as provide advice and personalized solutions to help business-owners meet their financial goals. With over 21 years of experience, Willette has joined as a Commercial Banker Team Lead, where he will be responsible for overseeing a team of commercial bankers, in addition to providing advice and personalized solutions to help business-owners meet their financial goals.

Green earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from William Penn University in 2004. Willette earned his bachelor’s degree in Business from Central College in 1991.
