Dubuque Bank and Trust (DB&T) is pleased to announce that Jarod Schweighardt has joined the organization as an Agri-Business Banker. As an Ag Banker, Jarod will assist local farm and agriculture operations with expertise and personalized solutions to help them grow. Jarod has held positions in the agricultural field since 2016, where he gained experience assessing crop performance, evaluating economic risks, and more prior to starting his lending career.
Schweighardt earned his bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Montana State University. Jarod also received his Business and Commercial Lending certificate from American Bankers Association in 2019.
