ASM Global, the company that manages Dubuque’s Five Flags Center, is pleased to announce that Aaron Rainey has been promoted to the role of General Manager at Five Flags Center. Rainey joined Five Flags Center in November 2021 as the venue’s Director of Operations and Events. He was named Interim General Manager in late October.
