The Dubuque Racing Association Ltd. (DRA), a 501 (c) (4) organization, recently presented the City of Dubuque with $4,005,880 as a part of their annual distribution.
This record-setting amount was based on 2021 revenues for the organization and represents the important collaboration between the Diamond Jo and Q Casino to help provide much-needed funds to both the city, and nonprofit entities in the area on an annual basis per their licensing agreement.
