Premier Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Taylor Kelly to Commercial Loan Officer. A graduate of University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Sales, and a minor in Finance, Kelly began his banking career with Premier Bank in 2013 in data processing. He has since been promoted to a variety of departments including, retail management, mortgage, and business development.
Most recently a Business Banking Specialist, Kelly played an instrumental role in the execution of the Payment Protection Program (PPP) at Premier Bank which included over $60 million in loans to local small businesses during the pandemic. Kelly has also been very active within the business development and merchant service areas of the bank.
A lifelong native, Dubuque is home to Kelly and he additionally serves his community by volunteering with the Sons of the American Legion and also as a student mentor.
