Mayerle was certified in Ayurveda and Yoga at Mount Madonna Institute in California. Her study of Ayurveda included instruction with renowned practitioners, including Dr. Vasant Lad, and Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar.
Mayerle is a retired Army veteran trained in Yoga for PTSD and the mind/body connection and also certified as a Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath provider.
