Dubuque County Fine Arts Society will host DubuqueFest Fine Arts Festival August 7-8, 2021. Held in the heart of the historic downtown Washington Park, the free, two-day Art Fair and festival welcomes Tri-State community members to experience art through a juried fine art fair, live music, and other programs.
After canceling DubuqueFest 2020 for the safety of the community, DCFAS is hosting a more focused DubuqueFest this year. The two day Art Fair will feature art vendors, kid’s make and take creation station, food vendors, and community performers.
The two day art fair features juried fine art & fine craft by 50 artists and artisans throughout the region. Artists are creating original work, no prefabricated or purchased pieces, no buy/sell items or re-purposed craft. $1000 in Artists Awards are given to First, Second, and Third place. The DubuqueFest Art Fair Judge is an independent agent from the Tri-State Area. Artists are honored at an artists appreciation reception on Saturday evening.
Artist applications are being accepted now through June 23, 2021. Visit DBQFest.com/artists and apply today. Application fee is $15, if chosen, booth fee is $110.
