February is normally National Heart Healthy month and we address food and food preparation that gives our readers several different approaches to establishing and maintaining a healthy heart. Unfortunately, this last year has weighed heavily upon all of our hearts and sometimes in life, as my Grandmother would say, ‘you can eat the chocolate’. Food brings us comfort and as Valentines Day approaches; we decided to focus on recipes that promote a loving heart.
