Eagle Point Solar New Hires

Eagle Point Solar announced it has hired Beth Rueden as an Energy Analyst in Dubuque, IA. She is tasked with building energy solutions for Eagle Point Solar clients. Working directly with System Design Analysts and Field Engineers, she helps to create a big picture overview of the energy output needs during the design stage.

Rueden holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, a Bachelor of Science in Sustainability & Renewable Energy Systems from University of Wisconsin – Platteville and holds a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Kyle Silva has been hired as a Solar Design Specialist in Dubuque, IA. As a Solar Design Specialist, Kyle works to build energy solutions for Eagle Point Solar clients. Working directly with Energy Analysts and Field Engineers, Kyle helps to design custom solar energy systems engineered to meet the energy production and environmental carbon offset requirements for clients.

Previously, Silva served as a designer with Weber Stone Company and holds a Computer Aided Design (CAD) Specialist Certificate from Northeast Iowa Community College.

Eagle Point Solar also has hired Ryan Marting as a Journeyman Electrician in Dubuque, IA. Marting is charged with the electrical work associated with connecting a solar array to a utility meter.

Prior to joining Eagle Point Solar, Marting served as a self-employed electrical contractor. He graduated from the Northeast Iowa Community College Residential-Commercial Electrician Program.
