Aging Well: 10 Week Wellness Program (ages 45 and beyond) – Tuesday, Sep. 8-Thursday, Nov. 12
This exciting 10-week program offered by Statera is not only a health plan, but a life plan for creating overall well-being in the second half of your life. If you are interested in developing a prevention lifestyle or are already in repair mode, dealing with a moderate chronic illness such as high cholesterol, elevated blood sugar, high blood pressure or inflammation, this program is for you!

Healthy Pregnancy, Confident Birth – Tuesday, Sep. 8 @ 6:30 PM-8:30 PM, Lower Level
Pregnant or trying to conceive? Come learn how to best care for your body during pregnancy through nutrition, movement, and relaxation techniques. This workshop will equip your mind, body, and spirit for an optimal pregnancy experience This workshop will be taught by Lacy Knipper, M. Ed, Certified Childbirth Educator and Leslie Kremer, DPT specializing in birth healing.

Counterstrain – Thursday, Sep. 10 @ 5:30 PM-7:30 PM, Upper Level
Strain/Counterstrain private treatment can help if you are suffering from headaches, back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, were in a car accident, slipped on the ice, etc. you may benefit from this technique.

Empowered Wellness: 10 Week Wellness Program (ages 45 and below) – Saturday, Sep. 12-Wednesday, Nov. 11
A 10-week Mind, Body and Spirit Wellness program that will leave you feeling more energetic, confident and empowered to live life from your most healthy and authentic state. Over the 10 weeks, you will discover what fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness programs work best for you. Discuss what it takes to make long-lasting lifestyle changes, rather than trying to implement another fad diet or fitness program.

Milk Party! – Mondays, Sep. 14 & 28 @ 9:30 AM-10:30 AM, Upper Level
Let’s celebrate breastfeeding! This support group is for moms and breastfeeding babies of all ages, as well as pumping moms and pregnant women.

Community Acupuncture – Thursday, Sep. 17 @ 5:30 PM-8 PM, Lower Level
Experience individualized treatment in a common treatment area through a 30-45 minute treatment below the knees and elbows.

Annual Women’s Health and Fitness Day Virtual Celebration – Thursday, Sep. 24 @ 6 PM-7 PM, Virtual
This year the event is offered virtually, with two tracks of learning for participants. Track one, Healthy Aging, is designed for the age 45+ woman and will feature topics on nutrition, exercise, supplements and life transitions. Track two, Building a Healthy Lifestyle, is designed for the under 45 year old woman and will feature topics on nutrition, cycle syncing, pre-conception wellness, balanced fitness, and emotional balance. Choose whichever option best fits your needs and interests.

Prenatal Yoga – Mondays, Sep. 7, 14, 21 & 28 @ 5:30 PM-6:20 PM
Release tension, move your body in ways that can ease common discomforts of pregnancy. Appreciate, trust, and tune in to your body.
