A marriage made in beer heaven took place when Mark Herman approached the owners of Dimensional Brewing about the possibility of bringing his Memphis-Style barbecue and Southern cuisine to Dubuque. Dimensional has been serving good beer for a while now, but the only ‘food’ was the salty, snacky kind. They had the kitchen space but needed an occupant, so Mark’s offer was well received. Now Dubuque residents can enjoy the wonderful Flatted Fifth food without having to drive to Bellevue (although the drive is lovely on a beautiful day).
