Main Street Iowa (MSI) has announced the annual partnership opportunity for Dubuque Main Street (DMS) and local developers. Never guaranteed, but still offered during this time of strained government budgets, the MSI Challenge grant competition is again offering great downtown projects up to $75,000 this summer.
Applicants submit a one page applications to dan@dubuquemainstreet.org by August 7. Those chosen for the next step will present the week of August 12. A final application will be submitted through Dubuque Main Street to the state by August 28.
