The Bell Tower Theater receives $4,500 from the Iowa Arts Council for COVID-19 Relief

The Bell Tower Theater, Dubuque’s hometown theater, is pleased to announce that it has received $4,500 in funding from the Iowa Arts Council, a division of the Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs, and the National Endowment for the Arts through the federal CARES Act legislation. This grant supports the Bell Tower Theater’s production of Exit Laughing, which will be the first show produced when the theater reopens.
